If you have been charged but not received a confirmation email please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been filed in there.
When using a credit or debit card on our site, your financial institution may place a monetary hold on the payment if it has concerns.
This hold is usually released in a few hours when the completed transaction is received by the bank, but the release of the hold may take several days, depending on your bank's policies.
