Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?

If your order has been cancelled unexpectedly this is most likely because the item that you ordered is out of stock. 

On rare occasions, due to a high volume of orders, our system is not able to keep up. 

You will have a separate email from our customer care with information and a discount code for your next order. Please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder if this does not appear to have come through.
